Split into 3 chapters and narrated by Sabretooth himself, Live Schreiber, Superheroes: A Never-Ending Battle takes you through this history of comic books and the origins and evolution of your favourite superheroes. Being released in 2013, the coverage of superheroes is brought right to the present day, showing recent movies such as the Avengers, and video games like Batman: Arkham City.

5: Trek Nation

As much as this is a documentary of the history of Star Trek, it’s also the story about a son who is trying to learn about his deceased father through the segment of pop culture he created.

6: Indie Game: The Movie

For those who want to know the process, stress and gratification behind building your own video game, this is the documentary for you. It follows the creation of the games Super Meat Boy and Fez, while it reflects on the success of Braid. Another Canadian made doc here too!
