Otakuthon is the ultimate showdown of anime, manga and Japanese pop-culture in Montreal; a geeky haven designed to allow attendees a full weekend to express, participate and actively relish in what they love.
And you know what the best part of the weekend was? The cosplay. From beloved 90’s anime characters, to video game heroes, Otakuthon had no shortage of talented people displaying their awesome getups. If you couldn’t swing by the con this weekend, fear not: we captured a slice of Montreal’s cosplay scene so you didn’t have to! Just kick back, relax and be proud of what this city had to offer.
Check below for our favourite picks from the weekend. Some were so good, we put two of them!
